Wow, this is gorgeous! I love the coloring. :)

I've been wanting to try photomanipping from stock for some time, this has the thought nagging at me again ;)

Ooh, it's so ethereal....it looks like it was made out of copper, and some turned green.
Is this supposed to be a sad or happy piece? I'm not confused by it, but it just reminded me of this song 'Aquarius' by Within Temptation. It's about someone who keeps denying how dangerous 'Aquarius' (the sea) is. Maybe you'll check it out?

Thank you very much! I'd been wanting to play with it for a while, too, but ~britbrat84's recent posts really kicked my muse into gear. :D

Thank you! I'm really pleased with how the coloring turned out.

You know... I'm not really sure if it ended up happy or sad. I'd originally intended to call it "Lost to the Sea," but then added the glowy sparkles and decided it looked more like a priestess making an offering. I suppose it could really work either way, though.

And I haven't heard that song, but I'll definitely have to find it! Thanks for the rec, and the feedback. :)

A very nice manip. I really like the color scheme, and you did a flawless job of putting the different parts together!
